Consultations are complimentary. They cover discussion and planning for your project.

Scheduling a consultation does not automatically reserve a tattoo appointment. A tattoo appointment is scheduled separately once the project is planned.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment, including the day before or the same day, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Clients who fail to appear for a confirmed tattoo appointment without the required notice will forfeit their deposit.

A new deposit will be required to secure another appointment.

Clients should arrive on time.

Clients arriving 30 minutes or more late will forfeit their deposit. Depending on availability, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

If the artist is still able and willing to proceed with the appointment, the remaining agreed tattoo balance must be paid according to the artist's payment requirements before tattooing begins.

Complimentary consultations include discussion and planning. They do not automatically include extensive custom artwork being created before an appointment is secured.

If a client requests custom design work after consultation but before booking the tattoo appointment, a separate design deposit may be required. The amount will be communicated before design work begins.

A design deposit is not a tattoo appointment deposit unless explicitly stated otherwise.

A tattoo appointment may require a deposit. The appointment is not secured until the required deposit has been received.

Deposits are applied according to the project's agreed payment terms. Deposit amounts may vary by project and are communicated directly.

Adult clients must present valid identification according to applicable requirements.

For clients under 18, Florida requires specific guardian consent documentation. Contact me directly before scheduling so the correct documentation can be confirmed and provided. An online checkbox does not replace legally required consent or notarization.
